1. Using the service
You may use Veltris IO only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
2. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed according to the plan selected at checkout or in an applicable order form. Unless otherwise stated in writing, subscriptions renew for the same billing period until cancelled. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to violate law, infringe intellectual property rights, introduce malicious code, interfere with service availability, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
4. Customer content
You retain rights to content and data you submit. You grant Veltris IO the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, and operate on that content to provide the service.
5. Intellectual property
Veltris IO and its licensors retain all rights in the platform, software, documentation, trademarks, and related technology. No ownership rights are transferred to you except the limited subscription rights expressly granted.
6. Service availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Planned maintenance, third-party dependencies, and events outside reasonable control may affect availability.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a subscription as permitted by the applicable plan or order form. We may suspend access for material violations, security risks, or non-payment.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Veltris IO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Any contractual liability limits should be read together with the applicable order form.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through reasonable means. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
